A New Voice, A New Vision
Raised in South Bend, IN Bianca earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in African and African American Diaspora Studies at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and her Masters in Executive Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
Bianca is a proud Hoosier Women Forward Class 2 Aluma. She currently resides in South Bend. IN with her wife Pamela with their goldendoodles Reko and Nala. They co-parent to raise their niece Lilyan. They have a son, Langston (Stella), who resides in Atlanta, GA.

Born with a servant heart, Bianca believes that our City residents need to be prioritized. With five (5) years of City Clerk experience, she has worked within the Office of the City Clerk, alongside the Common Council and Mayor Mueller administration to advocate for our residents in need and is a voice for all!

Bianca is running for South Bend City Clerk because she has the experience. She started within the Office of the City Clerk in November 2017 and became the Chief Deputy City Clerk in 2020, where she oversaw the legal compliance process and the legislative policy management of the Clerk’s Office.
Accessibility
Bianca believes a City Clerk should be the administrative arm of the Common Council, working to advance the Clerk’s vision of an accessible, honest and transparent municipal government by ensuring the preparation and maintenance of records pertaining to the business conducted by Common Council members.
